We store this personal information within our secure Google Drive cloud storage solution which is only accessed from secured machines with updated security software and two-factor authentication login. This information may also be displayed as a note within Flock accessible by our team, yourself and third parties introduced (approved by both parties).

We share this personal information via any written notices, client estimates or invoices sent to your provided business contact channels. If collaborating via Flock, this information will also be available to any approved third parties you introduce to the channel.

We delete this personal information six years after the final invoice is sent for legal purposes.

You can control this personal information by making a written request (email to [email protected]) to amend, update and delete your personal information from our records.

Marketing Emails & Newsletters

We collect this personal information to be used for marketing emails of products and services available with Dignitas Ventures LTD from online submissions where users have opted in via checking the relevant tick box.

We delete this personal information when the user requests to be removed from further updates.
